YANG Quan, male, was born in August 1972. He holds a Doctorate in Medicine, the title of Professor, and is a postgraduate supervisor. He is currently a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Vice President of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. He has previously served as Deputy Dean of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Director of the Science and Technology Office, and Director of the Academic Affairs Office. He assumed his current position in May 2022.

 He also serves as Director of the Key Laboratory of Lingnan Medicinal Resources Production and Development designated by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Director of the Guangzhou Comprehensive Test Station for the Key Laboratory of Lingnan Medicinal Resources Production and Development designated by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Director of the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Lingnan.

 Medicinal Resources Production and Development. He is a standing member of the Guangdong Provincial Association of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a member of the 7th Council of the National Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.

He is in charge of the Teaching Affairs Office, Quality Development Office, Laboratory Animal Experiment Center, Sports Department, Office of Hospital Management (Health Management Office), School of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital, Pharmaceutical Engineering Center, and serves as the contact person for the School of Pharmacy and School of Pharmaceutical Engineering.
