LI Jincheng, male, was born in January 1967 in Fengshun, Guangdong. He is a member of the Democratic Party and holds a postgraduate degree with a Master's degree. He is currently serving as Vice President of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. He began working in July 1993 and has held various positions, including Director of the Medical Administration Office at the Guangdong Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Director of the Science and Technology Education Office. From December 2015 to November 2016, he served as Deputy District Mayor of the Rongcheng District People's Government in Jieyang City. He assumed his current position in June 2018.

He is in charge of the Logistics Management Office, Yunfu Campus Management Office, Yunfu Campus Experimental Center, Bidding and Procurement Management Center, and Asset Management Limited Company. He is also the contact person for the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, School of Nursing, and School of Health.
