XING Xiaohui, male, was born in Hubei Province in February 1969. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a postgraduate degree with a Ph.D. He began working in September 1986 and served as Director of the Development Planning Office at Southern Medical University from January 2009. In March 2017, he became Deputy Director of the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention. He is currently a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee, and Vice President of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.

He is in charge of the Party Committee Office, President's Office, Development Planning and Legal Affairs Office, Alumni Office, Rural Revitalization Office, Petition Office, Retiree Office, Baogang Campus Office, Comprehensive Archives Office, Education Development Foundation, Guan Gongwei, and Security Work Leading Group. He also co-manages the Hospital Management Office and is the contact person for the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, School of Public Health, and School of Life Sciences and Biopharmaceutics.
