LING Ziping, male, was born in July 1966 in Heping, Guangdong. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a university degree with a Master's in Engineering. He is currently serving as a member of the Party Committee, Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission at Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. He began working in July 1989 and has held various positions throughout his career, including Director of the Science and Technology Industrial Office and Party Branch Secretary and Deputy Dean of the Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences at Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He also served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee at the University Town Campus and Party Secretary and Deputy Dean of the School of Economics and Management. From October 2010 to April 2014, he held the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the People's Government of Shanwei City. He assumed his current position in June 2018.

He is responsible for the overall work of the Discipline Inspection Commission and oversees the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office and the Commissioner's Office.
